ADTP is an enhanced ambidextrous , true one handed operation Tourniquet pouch . Simply access the tourniquet and pull away from the body, the enhanced design of the ADTP will automatically deploy the tourniquet strap to fully open and is immediately ready for to be slid over the injured limb.
ADTP removes one step from deploying your tourniquet for use, there's no longer the need to unfold the staged tourniquet which normally requires both hands after it has been removed from the pouch. This is crucial when seconds matter and the real possibility that the user may only have use of one hand due to incapacitation of the limb makes ADTP an ideal solution.
Your tourniquet can now be accessed, deployed and applied with one hand more efficiently. Although ADTP is a highly beneficial piece of kit nothing can substitute actual training, we highly recommend taking a course from a qualified instructor.

The TQ will need to be "staged" (folded) a certain way to deploy as intended. Please see the instructional video in the "Product Information" tab .
The tourniquet can be staged buckle forward or buckle rear and the pouch can be mounted in a pull up to access or a pull down to access making this a true ambidextrous piece of kit
